You work directly with me. I am Geoffrey Caesar, an SRA-regulated freelance solicitor with 18 years’ post-qualification experience as a solicitor and over 25 years’ business experience, much of it in commercial and in-house roles.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, I spent several years in business, including senior commercial roles. That background means I understand not just the legal position, but the commercial reality behind every instruction. I will tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear, and I will do it clearly and without jargon.

Where specialist input is needed, for example, counsel or specialist tax advice, I will coordinate it with your approval and with costs agreed in advance.

My practice covers the full range of commercial, corporate, and private client legal services, from shareholder agreements and company structuring through to business acquisitions, commercial contracts, employment matters, property, data protection, intellectual property, technology, AI, dispute resolution, and ongoing general counsel support. I also advise individuals and families on wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and personal asset planning. Most services are offered on a fixed-fee basis.
