A comprehensive employment contract for a senior or executive hire, including restrictive covenants, bonus provisions, and enhanced termination protections. Suitable for directors, senior managers, and key hires where protecting the business on departure is critical.

•       Drafting of a comprehensive employment contract covering all standard terms plus restrictive covenants (non-compete, non-solicitation, non-dealing, non-poaching), bonus and commission provisions, garden leave, IP assignment, enhanced notice and termination provisions.

•       Employment tribunal advice or representation.

•       HR advice on managing the employee once in post.

•       Director’s service agreement (see separate service if the individual is also a director).

•       Tax advice (including VAT, corporation tax, income tax, capital gains tax, and stamp duty). If specialist tax advice is needed, I can recommend a suitable accountant or tax adviser.
